We understand the critical nature of protecting the privacy of the individuals and organizations that use our services. Any information shared between applicants and IIC is protected in accordance with applicable laws and the policies stated below. IIC will collect your information required for the services we provide, such as your name, date of birth address, email, and telephone and fax numbers. We do not use your information for any other purpose except in the following circumstances needed for the proper processing of the evaluation services

• With officials at the home institution or relevant educational authority in order to verify the authenticity of documents and collect additional documentation if needed.
• With authorized officials at educational institutions, agencies or other recipient’s that you have designated as a recipient for your evaluation report.
• With other international credential evaluation services and appropriate authorities in cases of confirmed fraudulent or forged documents and/or for exchange of professional expertise and consultations.
• To comply with lawfully issued subpoena as required by law.
