Terms and Conditions of Service

The IIC evaluation is by no means a guarantee that the credits and equivalencies be accepted by the agency or institution for which it is intended.

The evaluation is an objective assessment of the credential based on the most current information available. It is an excellent advisory tool.

IIC reserves the right not to evaluate documents that appear to be altered or tampered with. In such cases no refund will be issued.

Any information regarding the applicants' evaluation report will be kept confidential and not be released to a third party without written consent of the applicant.

All records directly received from issuing institutions or agencies will become the property of IIC.

All documents received directly from the applicant will be sent back to the applicant. Any loss or damage caused by the mailing system will not be the responsibility of IIC.

IIC will attempt to process the evaluation within the required minimum time. However, IIC will not be liable for any consequential damages caused to client if the process took longer than the required minimum time. If the order is "Rush" or "Super Rush" IIC will refund only the additional cost paid for.

IIC will not assume any responsibility for any damage caused by the use of the evaluation report.

Evaluation reports of individuals from the same or similar institutions may be different depending on when the individuals were enrolled in the course of study and availability of current information at the time of the evaluation.

Changes in request for a new type of evaluation or adding or deleting information after the original request has been made will be subject to new fees.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We collect information that is required to evaluate educational credentials only. We understand the critical nature of protecting the privacy of the individuals and organizations that use our services. Any information shared between applicants and IIC is protected in accordance with applicable laws and the policies stated below. IIC will collect your information required for the services we provide, such as your name, date of birth address, email, and telephone and fax numbers. We do not use your information for any other purpose except in the following circumstances needed for the proper processing of the evaluation services
- With officials at the home institution or relevant educational authority in order to verify the authenticity of documents and collect additional documentation if needed.
- With authorized officials at educational institutions, agencies or other recipient’s that you have designated as a recipient for your evaluation report.
- With other international credential evaluation services and appropriate authorities in cases of confirmed fraudulent or forged documents and/or for exchange of professional expertise and consultations.
- To comply with lawfully issued subpoena as required by law.
