Fees schedule

The complexity of your documents determines our fees, the urgency of your request, and the level of research required for your evaluation. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden costs.

• The initial evaluation fee includes one original report and one copy.

• Additional copies are available for $50.00 each if requested with the initial application.

• If additional copies are requested within 60 months of the original application but after the initial submission, the fee is $100.00 per copy.

• Requests made after 60 months may require a reevaluation, a new application, and payment.

 

Payment Information

• IIC accepts the following forms of payment:

  • U.S. local checks.

  • Money orders

  • Cashier’s checks

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and drawn from a U.S. bank.

• Refunds are issued only in the case of overpayment and may be refunded or applied to other IIC services.

 

Terms and Conditions

• An IIC evaluation does not guarantee that institutions or agencies will accept the credits or equivalencies.

• The evaluation is an independent, research-based assessment based on current academic and credentialing information.

• IIC reserves the right not to evaluate any documents that appear altered, forged, or tampered with. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

• Confidentiality is strictly maintained. No information about an evaluation will be released to a third party without the applicant’s written consent.

• Documents received directly from institutions become the property of IIC. Documents obtained from the applicant will be returned to them.
