Summary Report

The Summary Report is a general evaluation that provides the U.S. equivalency for each foreign academic credential. This report does not include individual courses or credits/units completed. Although primarily used for High school equivalency, it applies to all education levels, from high school diplomas to doctoral degrees.

  • Admissions for freshmen to community colleges and career colleges

  • Immigration and employment purposes 

Course-By-Course Analysis 

 

The Course-By-Course Evaluation provides a detailed comparison of your credentials to U.S. standards. It includes:

  • U.S. equivalent descriptions for each credential

  • A list of all courses taken for U.S. credit/units and grade equivalencies, arranged chronologically.

  • Institutions attended, country of origin, degrees obtained, and years completed.

  • Identification of lower and upper division courses (if requested)

  • The GPA is calculated for each semester and year, and the cumulative GPA is calculated for the entire program.

This evaluation is presented in a transcript-style format, which is commonly used for:

  • Credit transfers

  • Graduate school admissions

  • State board certifications

  • Employment

  • U.S. Armed Forces SMART Transcript equivalencies

  • U.S. Homeland Security (H-1B visa qualifications)
